IPASC is a non government organization charitable under license laws as an unregistered charity in the EU with one operator.
The purposes of IPASC are to enhance and improve public services, and draw international proceedings on issues of moral bankruptcy and competency of Government , and

Over the course of years their has been an alarming rate of corruption, demoralization and serious acts of war by government, military and police organization which is referred to by IPASC as post world war phenomena and history declention during the period.
